DOSING
HOW MUCH SHOULD I USE?
If it’s your first time consuming CBD, start with half of a segment (segments are indicated by perforation markings on all of ours bars) and wait two hours to see how you feel. Those experienced with CBD can start with a full segment serving.
HOW I CAN ENSURE A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE?
CBD affects some people, and others not at all. Start with a low dose and wait up to two hours to discover how it affects you. If you have a high tolerance or medical needs you will likely need a larger dose.
CAN I OVERDO IT WITH A CBD PRODUCT?
